I've booked and paid for the full series, how do I gain access to the recordings?

Once you have booked the full series, please email the Division Events Team and we will send you the links to access the recordings.

I booked and paid for one individual session but would now like to book for the remaining three. Is this possible?

We can offer you a discounted rate if you would like to purchase additional webinar sessions. Please contact division.events@rcpsych.ac.uk and we can arrange this for you.

If I book all four sessions, will I receive a certificate for each session I attend, or will this be sent once all four sessions have taken place?

You will receive an individual certificate for each session after it has taken place. Please email the Division Events Team to advise us once you have watched each/all sessions so we can provide you with a CPD certificate.

Can I pay to gain access to the recording of an individual session I missed?

No. We only offer retrospective bookings for the full series.

Please kindly note, all sessions will be recorded. The recordings are distributed via email with a specific link and passcode. These are emailed out within 1 week of the event. Please do not schedule CPD time expecting to receive the recording link the same day as the live event.

We would encourage those who register to attend on the day of the event, should they wish to ask questions to our speakers.
