Senior Programme Manager - CCQI (Accreditation and Networks)

£49,907 per annum

35 hours per week

Permanent contract


The Royal College of Psychiatrists promotes standards and quality across mental health services. This work is largely driven by the College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI). The College is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive person to lead the department into its next phase, as it looks to promote excellent patient care in an increasingly dynamic fashion.

 

The successful candidate will supervise 3 Programme Managers and will oversee several quality networks and accreditation schemes with budgets of over £1 million per annum.

They will be a good team player and an experienced project manager, having worked in quality improvement, audit or research previously, ideally in healthcare.

Excellent organisational, report writing and communication skills are required. Responsibilities also include: promoting the work of the CCQI; collaborating with partner organisations, clinicians, patients and carers; and supporting quality improvement within the CCQI. 

The successful candidate will undergo a DBS check.
