Section of Neuropsychiatry Annual Conference 2013

FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce dates for the 2013  conference. The Section of  Neuropsychiatry announces a call for papers and looks forward to welcoming you to Cambridge.

 

  • Call for posters
  • Prizes - The winner will be asked to present at the Section of Neuropsychiatry residential meeting

 

The three best poster presentations will be selected for publication in Neuropsychiatry News, Section of Neuropsychiatry Newsletter. The Editor of Neuropsychiatry News and Academic Secretary of the Section will finalise any decisions on short-listing and final selection of best posters. Their decision will be final and not subject to any appeals.

Car parking

Free car parking is availabile on the perimeter of Robinson College on a first come first served basis.

 

A limited number of spaces has been reserved at a nearby car park on the 19 and 20 September.  A valid car parking permit must be displayed. The cost per day is £3.60. Car parking permits can be purchased at the time of booking onto the conference. A car parking permit and map will be sent by email.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is available at Robinson College at a rate of £70 per night (bed and breakfast) for conference delegates. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Cancellation policy

  • 80% refund if written cancellation is received 1 month before the event
  • 50% refund if written cancellation is received 2 weeks before the event
  • No refund for cancellations received with less than 2 weeks’ notice
