reports. Each course is eligible for 6 CPD hours
subject to your peer group approval.

The course fee is £250 per delegate including
all learning materials, refreshments and buffet lunch.
This training course will enable you
both to understand the legal process and to give evidence
effectively. Each course is eligible for 6 CPD

from a lawyer’s perspective – the system. The court from a
witness’s perspective – the process.
case study. The psychiatrist in the witness box – the experience.
The debrief – the lessons learned.
Participants are required to bring
with them a witness statement or expert report (2 copies) which
will form the basis of their cross examination during the course of
the afternoon. This is a prerequisite of
attendance. This course includes a practical court case
