MRCPsych part I
Shortly after completion of the MCQ Paper, candidates are
informed in writing if they are eligible to proceed to the Clinical
Examination. A list of eligible candidates is published on the
College website and displayed at the Royal College on the day of
posting. Results are sent by first-class post to candidates on the
pre-determined dates announced on the Examinations Calendar. A list
of candidates who are successful in passing the whole Examination
is published on the College website and displayed at the Royal
College on the day of posting.
MRCPsych part II
Approximately four weeks after completion of the written paper
examination, candidates are informed in writing if they are
eligible to proceed to the Clinical Examination. A list of eligible

Royal College on the day of posting. Results are sent by
first-class post to candidates on the pre-determined dates
announced on the Examinations Calendar. A list of candidates who

College website and displayed at the Royal College on the day of
posting.
PLEASE NOTE: Results are never given over the
telephone, by fax or by e-mail. No exceptions will be made to this
rule.
