The Members' Area is a password protected section of the website
for Members and Associates. It requires a separate
registration process from the online journal activation (if you
wish to activate your online journal access then please click
here).
Q1. I don't know if I have registered for the
Members' Area?
In the Members' Area you are able to check and amend any
Faculties and Special Interest Groups that you belong to, as well
as the home and work address details that we hold for you.
Some consultation documents and reports are also viewable only from
the Members' Area.
If any of this sounds familiar then you may have already
registered for the Members' Area (please see Q2 if you are not sure
of your login details). The login page is accessible from
here.
Q2. I have forgotten my username and
password?
If you have forgotten your login details then please go here. Your
login details will then be automatically emailed to you if the
information matches what we have on our database for you.
Q3. I have never registered?
To register for the Members' Area please click here.
You will be asked to enter your Membership number, surname,
preferred email, and a username and password of your choice.
You will also need to enter your PIN in order to register.
This would have been sent to you either in a mailing a few years
ago, or in your welcome letter as a member of the College. If
you no longer have your PIN, please see Q4.
Q4 I tried to register but have forgotten my
PIN?
To find out your PIN, please enter your details here and your PIN
will be emailed to you.
Q5 I'm still having no luck, what should I
do?
If you are still having problems, or your details are not
matching what we have on our database, then please email the
Membership Office
stating your name, date of birth and Membership number and the
problem. We will then reply to you as soon as we can.
