Notes on
Application
1. Each nomination must be supported by two sponsors who are
subscribing Members or Fellows of the College.
2. Sponsors must not be members of the Education, Training &
Standards Committee at the time of submitting their
nominations.
3. The citation, curriculum vitae and registration
forms should be returned together. The curriculum vitae should
be as concise and relevant as possible and should include the
candidate’s date of birth. If necessary, a continuation sheet
should be used for the citation and curriculum vitae and should be
clearly marked with the candidate’s name.
4. Election as an Affiliate will entail the payment of a
registration fee and annual subscriptions.
