The conference themes of transition
and transformation can be pathways towards integration and
wellbeing. But what happens when a transition is a response
to trauma, or a transformation is a response to violence or to a
violation to identity and culture? How can we as therapists
transform our understanding and thinking to meet these
challenges?

Board (BCUHB) is pleased to announce this initial training
course for prospective approved clinicians and Section 12(2)
doctors within Wales. Completion of the course will be
accepted by BCUHB as evidence of initial training for the purposes
of approval as an Approved Clinician in accordance with the Mental
Health Act 1983 Approved Clinician (Wales) Directives 2008 and also
as evidence of induction/refresher training for Section 12(2)
Approved Doctors.
