Trustees required for CMACE

Centre for maternal and child enquiries

Better health for mothers and children

Do you have a passionate commitment to helping achieve better health outcomes for mothers, babies and children?  Can you apply your skills and experience as a trustee for a new charity?

The Centre for Maternal and Child Enquiries (CMACE) is a unique organisation. It is dedicated to ensuring that clinicians providing maternal and child services are able to have opportunities to learn from adverse health care outcomes . It is newly formed as a registered charity but its work has a long pedigree and is much respected by practising clinicians. We are seeking to recruit up to seven trustees who between them will bring clinical and business skills and a lay perspective.

The roles are unpaid but expenses are payable. More information is available in the recruitment pack, or you can contact Mary Humphreys on 0207 486 1191

The closing date is 31 March 2010 and appointments will be effective from 1 July 2010.
