Professor Dinesh Bhugra has been elected unopposed and will
begin his term of office as President during the Annual General
Meeting on Wednesday 2 July 2008.
Professor Bhugra was nominated by the Central
Executive Committee for the Office of President at their meeting on
12 September 2007.
No further nominations were received from the
membership within the deadline of midnight of 10 October.
