We hope that you find our new look calendar style planner useful
in planning your audits. This planner has the following new
features:
- Timescales for local sampling and data collection for each
Topic
- Timescales for online data submission for each Topic
Please note that the separate periods for data
collection and online data submission are for the purposes of
guidance and assistance with local planning; therefore these
timescale may overlap according to local requirements.
Audit materials for each Topic will be sent in the month
precededing the sampling and data collection period.
These will include:
- Data collection form
- Data collection guide
- Editable poster to publicise audit to relevant staff
- Topic process flow chart with detailed timescales
