22 July 2011:

Topic 11a reports (including new local action plan), data and slidesets have been sent to the lead contact of each participating Trusts.  If you are the lead contact for your Trust, and you have not yet received your report please contact us.  This report is trialling a new format, which includes a fully editable local action planning template as requested by member Trusts at the 2010/12 POMH regional workshops, tell us what you think of the new report structure.

1 June 2011:

Audit materials for Topic 7c (Monitoring of patients prescribed lithium) have been emailed to participating Trusts.  You should now start thinking about identifying your sample for this audit and distributing the audit tool to participating teams.  Please contact us  if you have not received the materials. 

1 March 2011:

Data entry for Topic 6c: Assessment of side effects of depot medications has now begun.  Please enter data online via the POMH data entry page, all data must be entered by 7 June. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties.

8 Apr 2011:

Data collection for Topic 11a has now closed.  Thank you to all the teams which collected and entered data, over 10,200 cases have been submitted.

1 Mar 2011:

Data collection for Topic 11a: Prescribing antipsychotic medication for people with dementia has begun.  Data should be collected from 1 Mar - 8 Apr.  Please enter data online via the POMH data entry page, all data must be entered by 8 April. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties.

24 Jan 2011:
