The table below shows a final total of audit forms and questionnaires received by the RCPsych NAS Team by Trust.

Trusts are identified by their NAS Trust ID only. This ID is known only to the individual Trust and the central NAS Team.

Data cleaning has now been competed. Thank you to all participaiting Trusts for your responses to the data cleaning queries. Trust level reports have now been sent to local audit leads.
