Service user satisfaction questionnaire: Talking Treatment
'Talking Treatment' is a
service user satisfaction questionnaire that we have developed to
gather feedback about people's experience of receiving talking
treatments in the NHS. The questionnaire is in two parts, one
focusing on access to talking treatments and one focusing on
outcomes.

Ethical audit at the Centre for Quality
Improvement
The Royal College of
Psychiatrists’ Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) runs a series
of national quality improvement programmes and networks.
Participating trusts occasionally enquire about whether the subject
and methods of data collection by these networks necessitates
research ethics approval. Neither clinical audit nor service
evaluation, of the type undertaken by the CCQI, require approval
from a research ethics committee. However, the Centre is keen
to underline its ongoing commitment to conducting its work in a
responsible and ethical manner.
