QNCC SPECIAL INTEREST DAY: CRISIS AND INTENSIVE
TREATMENT TEAMS
We are holding a special interest day looking at crisis and
intensive treatment teams.
Presentations/workshops have been confirmed
from intensive outreach and crisis teams in Chester, Wakefield and
Hampshire, including topics covering how services was set up,
lessons learnt and outcomes so far, as well as specialist
interventions offered, with more presentations to be confirmed. The
day will also include an open discussion to give you the chance to
ask any questions you may have, and for teams to think about the
next steps involved in setting up these services.
The programme is currently being put together
and will be finalised once all presentations have been confirmed.
We are still looking for presenters from learning disability
services, so please get in touch if you know anyone who would be
interested in presenting.
The day will be held on Friday 28th
January 2011 (approximately 10.30 – 16.30), at :

It will be free of charge to all members and will coincide with
the release of the new, revised QNCC standards which will include
standards for crisis/intensive teams.

NEW LD CAMHS EMAIL DISCUSSION GROUP
Join the CAMHS and learning disabilities network eDiscussion

Network for Community CAMHS, an intiative of the Royal College of
Psychiatrists’ Centre for Quality Improvement.

sector

eBulletin which keeps you informed of the latest resources in
CAMHS and learning disabilities as they are published. You can also
use it to share your own policies, events or reports.
