Developments in CAMHS Tier 4 Community Based Service
Provision
Tier 4 CAMHS has recently come to be
understood as multi-faceted, with multi-agency services that can
include inreach, outreach, intensive & crisis community
initiatives, day provision, therapeutic fostering & other
services that may be described as ‘wrap around. With this in mind
in November 2010, Sharon Hall the chair of the National CAMHS
Support Service, Tier 4 Advisory Group pulled together a group of
commissioners, managers and clinicians from across the country to
discuss key issues in relation to Tier 4 CAMHS The aim of the
podcast is therefore to:
- Disseminate learning from Commissioners,
Clinicians and Managers in the development of these services
- Discuss key drivers, challenges and
learning to date
- Link evidence to what is happening in
practice
