Expressions of Interest

The Quality Mark is concluding its pilot phase and the project team invite you to register your interest in participating in the first cycle of the Quality Mark process. Please note that due to the requirements of the PIE process, which is embedded within the scheme, hospitals are expected to sign up a minimum of two wards per site. It is essential that the Ward Managers of your nominated wards are fully supportive of their ward's participation before the form is submitted. The first phase is limited to 40 wards and the deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest forms is the 31st May 2012.
