Charges.
The rates shown above are for payment by one Direct Debit (in
January). For payment by two Direct Debit instalments (January and
June) add £10 and for payment by cheque or credit/debit card add
£25. PMPTs and members in the Retired Category may use any of these
payment methods without an administrative charge.
If you would like to set up a direct debit then please click
here.
(ii) Joint Membership Discount
For two members sharing a journal is £30 each.
(iii) Discount for Members working Part Time from
2012.
Fellows, Members, Specialist Associates and Affiliates working
less than a full week and whose earnings are expected to be less
than £34,061 in the calendar year January - December 2012 may apply
for a 50% discount on fees. The relevant application
form can be downloaded here.
(iv) Tax Relief
The membership subscription is automatically tax deductible in the
United Kingdom. At present it will effectively save at least 22% of
the cost of the subscription, 40% for higher rate tax payers.
If there are special circumstances that might merit a reduced
subscription for a period of time please write in confidence to the
Honorary Treasurer at the College. When you retire from Psychiatric
practice please complete a Retirement Declaration Form. You can
obtain one from the Membership Data Office
or download and print it out
here.
Please contact the Membership Data Office for
further information.
