FFECC
The FFECC provides specialist forensic
psychiatry input to all aspects of postgraduate medical education
in psychiatry at core and advanced levels including the development
of curriculum, relevant assessment schedules and contribution to
quality assurance/quality control.
Members are appointed by the Forensic
Executive Committee. Membership reflects regional representation,
including Scotland. The committee includes a trainee
representative.

This is not fixed. Regular items include:
- Curriculum review
- Advice for Deaneries on
forensic psychiatry training queries
- Advice on training
requirements for consultant psychiatrists, who would like to
specialise in forensic psychiatry

Duties of members
- Attendance at committee
meetings (members are expected not to miss more than two meetings
in a row)
- Reading and reviewing
material distributed by the Chair
