Salad of crayfish, avocado and plum tomato with cucumber and smoked paprika mayo

Barrel aged feta cheese, slow roasted tomatoes, and provence olives, red

onion and fresh mint with grilled ciabatta and lemon dressing

Oak smoked salmon with pickled cucumber and sweet mustard dressing

Caramelised red onion beetroot and parmesan tart with warn new potato, rocket and asparagus salad

Char grilled grass fed angus steak with a green peppercorn and brandy sauce

Baked organic salmon with green herb crust, chablis cream sauce and steamed mussels

Pan fried Guinea fowl wrapped in pancetta with braised red cabbage and rich game jus
