The personal portfolio

The personal portfolio is an important part of the application process. It is an essential part of the interview in England. The portfolio contains documentary evidence of your career to date. It will include evidence of your achievements, skills, attributes and qualifications. It can include certificates, details of training courses, testimonials and feedback that you have received. The portfolio can include evidence of your continuing professional development, commitment to psychiatry and learning, and any relevant information from outside the work environment. It is advisable to have your portfolio prepared prior to the interview.
