Each year the College
Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) reviews hundreds of
services. Being part of a review team allows staff to see
how other teams work and share ideas about making
improvements. At the end of a review day you will have learned a
great deal by discussing a comprehensive set of services
standards with a good range of staff and service users. It is a
great privilege to be welcomed into a service and to be part of
honest and challenging discussion about critical elements of
service provision. This video showcases reviewer best practice and
highlights these benefits.
