Registration

Registration will take place from 9:00 - 09:30 and there will be a member of College staff at the registration desk throughout the whole event.

A name badge and detailed programme will be provided on arrival. 

 

Special Requirements

If you have any special requirements such as large print, induction loop, or special dietary requirements please email virali.shah@rcpsych.ac.uk before the event date to allow time for us to try and assist you.

 

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation is not booked via the RCPsych, and that participants are asked to make their own arrangements. There are many hotels to suit a range of budgets a short walk or bus journey from the College. Here are the best ways to find them:

Certificate of Attendance

Your Certificate of Attendance will be sent to you after the course.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS

Notice must be given in writing as we are unable to accept verbal cancellations

To be entitled to a refund all cancellations MUST be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. An 80% refund will be given if cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to the event and 50% refund if less than 4 weeks notice is given. No refund will be given if cancellations are received within 2 weeks before the event. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed.
