Equivalence Committee


About the Equivalence Committee

The Equivalence Committee’s purpose is to assess applications received under the CESR route and send recommendations to the General Medical Council regarding individual applications for Specialist Registration in Psychiatry.

Equivalence committee members are made up from the Affiliates Committee representing staff and associate specialists; the Psychiatric Trainees Committee and Faculty members representing each psychiatric specialty.

Meetings 2013

All meetings will be held at the Royal College in London.
 
All day meetings start at 10.30am until 4pm.  The monring is devoted to a CESR refresher training session for all members and the main meeting will commence at 1.30pm in the afternoon.  A buffet lunch will be provided at 1pm for those who attend.
 
Morning meetings will begin at 10am until midday.
