Becoming a Good Appraiser
This course has been designed specifically for those who are
responsible for carrying out appraisal within their
organisation. It will focus on the skills required in order
to become a good appraiser and prepare you for the issues and
challenges you might face when conducting an appraisal.
Preparing for Your Appraisal: Training for
Appraisees
This course is designed to guide you through the process of
how, when and why appraisals should be completed. The
course will address what appraisals are and their relationship to
revalidation, the GMC framework and other key guidance documents
and the roles and responsibilities involved in the appraisal
process.

Onsite Training
Both courses can be delivered at your trust premises with the
following group sizes:
- Up to 30 delegates for Appraisee training £3750 + VAT
- Up to 24 delegates for Appraiser training £3750 + VAT
