Candidates
Each Deanery in England, Scotland and Wales requires
references provided on a structured reference form. The
specific format differs from deanery to deanery so please check
which form your deanery is using. The table below outlines
local deanery procedures for collecting references. Some
deaneries have also provided links to their own reference
forms.
Please follow the advice given by
the deanery to which you are applying regarding the procedures and
the reference forms you should be using.
