ACP 360 is the College’s multi-source feedback system for psychiatrists. The psychiatrist completes a self-assessment and is also appraised by their colleagues and patients about performance in eight domains including communication, availability, relationships with colleagues and with patients. Participants receive a report presenting their results in an accessible format and in the context of national benchmarks.
