The ACP 360 process:

Registration Form

Complete the registration form online then call or email us to provide your payment details. Payments can be made by card, cheque or invoice.

Wait for Email Confirmation

After payment, your registration will be approved and then you will receive two sets of emails:

  • Instructions on how to get started with your assessment
  • An email containing your login details (please do not delete this until you have completed the 360 process)

Sending Questionnaires

Log on to your online account, go to 'information for psychiatrists', then go to 'how to begin your assessment and read up.

After this, go to your 'dashboard' to complete your self-assessment, invite colleagues and download patient questionnaires. There's also an option to send forms to patients by email.

Summary Updates

For updates on responses received please log on to your online account at any time. In addition, we will regularly email summary updates so you are aware of your numbers.

Once you have reached the recommended number of returns (13 Colleague responses and 25 Patient responses), then request your report by sending an email to acp360@rcpsych.ac.uk

Final Report

Your report will be released within one working day of receiving your request. You can log on to your account at any time to download your report and also forward a copy to your appraiser. Please note that a disclaimer will be added to your report if you have less than the recommended numbers.

Your account will then be closed.
