Audit tools for the first round of audit

Three tools were developed to collect data for NAS from participating Trusts/ Health Boards, these include an audit of practice tool, a patient and carer questionnaire. The tools included all the items necessary to measure adherence to the NAS audit standards and outcome indicators. All NAS tools can be viewed and downloaded by following the links below.

Please note: HQIP monitors and controls the licence and use of each NAS tool. For this reason, before the tool(s) are downloaded we require an email to be sent to the NAS team on nas@rcpsych.ac.uk. In your email please include the title 'Tool licence agreement' in the subject heading and in the contents of the email include the following details:

  • Name of your organisation
  • Tool/ tools to be downloaded
  • Date of download
