Using Quality Improvement


Most of the work of the College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) is concerned with national initiatives to improve mental health services, such as The National Audit of Schizophrenia or a number of Quality Network and accreditation processes.

There is a growing amount of work on quality improvement at local levels using a variety of methodologies. Many of the methodologies originated from industry rather than healthcare.

Quality Improvement Committee
