Finding your login details
Please ensure that you use the correct log-in
details provided by MSNAP. Staff and referrers: these are detailed
on your 'Information Sheet'. MSNAP lead contacts will also have
received these on the cover letter of your self review pack, and by
email from the MSNAP team.
If you do not know them, please contact the MSNAP team.
Why there are two sets of tools - with and without PSI
There are two sets of tools for
2012/13:
- One set for services that have opted out of the psychosocial
interventions (PSI) module and will complete the 'core' assessment
and diagnosis tools only.
- One set for services that have opted in to the PSI module and
will complete the tools which include questions on psychosocial
interventions.
You will only be able to log in to one set of tools. If
you are not sure which set of tools your service is completing,
contact us.
Problems logging in?
- Check you are trying to log in to the
correct tool - notice on the right there are two
sets - one set for services completing the optional
psychosocial interventions (PSI) module and one for services
that are not (see 'Why there are two sets of tools' above).
- If the page does not load, or
produces an error this is likely to be due to trying to
log in to the incorrect tool. Try the other version of the tool
(with/without PSI).
- Passwords and usernames are case sensitive so
take care entering them correctly.
- You cannot create your own login
details for the MSNAP tools. You must use the details
provided - if you do not know these, see above, 'Finding your login
details'.
