Dr Billy Boland

Dr Billy Boland is a Consultant in Community Psychiatry and is Executive Medical Director at South West London and St. George’s Mental Health NHS Trust. He is the immediate past chair of the General Adult Faculty of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (2019-2023).

He is co-Clinical Director for Mental Health for NHS England (London) and is a member of the London Mental Health Board. He is an Honorary Reader at St. George’s University of London and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. He is on the Advisory Board of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute.
