Dr Paul Walker

After initially qualifying in General Practice, I became a Consultant Psychiatrist in 2003 and since then I have worked in TEWV NHS Trust in County Durham.

Working in a busy CMHT in general adult psychiatry, I was a medical manager for over 10 years but have now transitioned into a medical education role; I am Training Programme Director for higher trainees in HENEC Deanery.

Having been Vice Chair of the Northern and Yorkshire Division for 4 years I have taken up the Chair from July 2020.
