Hazel is Deputy Chief Executive for Action on Smoking and Health and co-ordinates the Mental Health and Smoking Partnership, a coalition of mental health and public health charities. Hazel leads the development of policy work for ASH working in collaboration with academics, clinicians and experts in public health.
