We've curated a selection of resources to help psychiatrists and their colleagues in mental health settings.

  • Doctors in Training (DiT) Induction: incorporates key relevant clinical topics which support doctors in training with the additional competencies needed as part of their induction to provide high quality patient care.
  • Foundation (FND): designed to underpin practical clinical experience and ensure the application of pre-existing knowledge in a safe manner. The e-learning sessions are mapped directly to the Foundation Professional Capabilities (Training Outcomes) in the 2016 Foundation Curriculum. 
  • Statutory and Mandatory Training (SMT): covers the 11 topics in the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF). 
  • The CWTCH project: connecting with telehealth to communities and hospitals in healthcare (endorsed by RCPsych Wales)
  • Psychological first aid: Guide for field workers covers psychological first aid which involves humane, supportive and practical help to fellow human beings suffering serious crisis events (from the World Health Organization, the War Trauma Foundation and the World Vision International)
