Our service to you during COVID-19
Our staff have been working from home full-time since 18 March 2020.
This is in line with the current UK government advice for people to work from home wherever possible.
The switch to full-time home-working applies to all staff, regardless of where they work in the UK.
Our London headquarters, at 21 Prescot Street, closed temporarily on Friday 27 March.
While our staff will strive to deliver the same excellent service as usual, there will inevitably be some glitches and challenges over the next few weeks and months, as they work in new ways, without access to any of our offices.
The decision was hard to make but is in line with our top priority, during this outbreak, which is to safeguard the health and well-being of our members, staff and patients.
