180th Anniversary Webinar - Petition and Plotting: the early days of the College

Our first webinar covers the controversy that surrounded the transition to becoming a Royal College in 1971, 50 years ago. The webinar features the first screening of short video about The Petition Group, a band of rebel Junior Doctors who objected to way the College was being formed and the bitter conflict that erupted as a result. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion to examine the issues in greater detail and consider the impact that it has had on the College today.
