Welcome message

Join us in London this summer for the RCPsych International Congress where you will have the opportunity to network with over 3,000 psychiatrists, attend keynote lectures from world renown speakers, choose from 70 cutting-edge sessions and gain up to 22 CPD points - all under one roof!

In 2019 we mark the College’s 10th International Congress and we are celebrating with our most varied, inspiring and relevant programme yet and an extraordinary gala dinner on-board the iconic Cutty Sark, one of the world’s most famous historical ships.

We are delighted to return to London, a diverse and exciting city, steeped in history and culture, with some of the world’s best sights and attractions, alongside wonderful hidden gems. No matter how many times you visit, there’s always something new in store.

With a theme of Psychiatry: Inspiring Minds we hope to enthuse you with a programme that features not just world-class academics, but also those with Lived Experience, families and opinion leaders from the social and political sphere.

Over the 4 days of the congress, the programme will offer sessions, training courses, debates and masterclasses covering a wide-range of subjects including cutting-edge science, latest advances in clinical psychiatry, patient experience, policy and so much more

We have a phenomenal line-up of keynote speakers covering culture, politics, clinical psychiatry and cutting-edge neuroscience. Importantly, we will also hear the voice of lived experience.  Click here to read more about our fantastic keynote speakers

In addition, the real strength of the Congress has always been the wide range of parallel sessions showcasing the best of international psychiatry. Do have a quick browse of the full programme to fully appreciate the breadth and strength of what is on offer.

There is still chance to become part of this exciting programme. We would like to invite you to submit abstracts for research posters and quick fire oral sessions until 26 February 2019.

On-line registration is available now; remember we have sold out in recent years so book early to avoid disappointment and take advantage of the early bird rates which will be available until the end of February.

We are working hard to ensure this, our 10th, will be best international congress yet and   hope to see you in London next July.
