Dr Mary Ryan

Mary worked as a GP and Palliative Care doctor before taking early retirement because of severe depression and suicidality with wilderness years characterised by frequent admissions and life-threatening self harm. She now works in voluntary or paid roles in quality improvement, mental health research and medical education.
