Frequently Asked Questions

To register for a webinar please visit our COVID-19 webinar home page. Click on the webinar you’d like to register for and click ‘join the webinar’. You will then be prompted to add your name and email address. Click ‘register’ and you’re done! You should receive a confirmation email containing your joining link. 
No. Our webinars are open to everyone. 
You can either email a question to the webinar organiser in advance, or use the live Q&A panel on the right-hand side of your screen. If you have a more general question, not specific to the webinar speakers, please direct it to our Policy team using the ask a question form on our website. 
Yes. If you can’t join us live you can watch the recording on demand. Recordings of our webinars are added to the COVID-19 webinar home page. If you have registered for a webinar you will receive a link to the recording afterwards. 
Yes. Recordings of our webinars are added to the COVID-19 webinar home page.
Yes. Each hour-long webinar is eligible for 1 CPD point, subject to peer group approval. 

Yes, if you attend a live webinar you will automatically receive your certificate afterwards. 

Yes, you can request a certificate from the webinar organiser after watching the recording on demand.

After registering for the webinar you should receive a confirmation email containing your unique joining link. Click ‘join the webinar’ and it should open the webinar in your web browser. 

If you haven’t received a joining link, please check your junk mailbox. If it’s not there, please ocntact the webinar organiser. 

You should not need a PIN to join the webinar. If this happens, please close your web browser and try again. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact the webinar organiser. 

Try closing your web browser and clicking ‘join the webinar’ in your confirmation email again. If that doesn’t work, please contact the webinar organiser and explain what the difficulty is and include details of any error message you see.
