Personalised Training webinar

This webinar illustrated how a combination of proactive, tailored training and a strong relational approach to supervision can support development and maximise educational gains. The speakers drew on different aspects of Personalised Training to demonstrate the breadth of the concept across education from a trainee and trainer perspective.

Speakers included:
