National Centre for Population Health & Wellbeing Research (NCPHWR)

The National Centre for Population Health & Wellbeing Research (NCPHWR) has been funded by Health and Care Research Wales to increase the amount of ground-breaking research being carried out in Wales.

NCPHWR do this by bringing together researchers and research services, the NHS, policymakers, the third sector, and members of the public to carry out cutting edge research across areas such as public health improvement.

The Centre’s research team is actively seeking to work on new collaborative projects around the themes of Healthy Development in Children and Young People and Healthy Ageing.

We are looking to work with researchers, health-care & social care practitioners, charities, schools, local & national government and community groups.
