You will address:
- Engaging patients and service users who are at risk- the key communication skills
- Skills and strategies to use in assessment and management
- How to use video-feedback sensitively and effectively to teach these skills and strategies routinely to our trainees
You will learn through a range of approaches including brief talks, discussion, role-play and video feedback. You will work with real clinical case studies that you and your peers bring along on the day.
