Course outline
You will gain an understanding of different learning styles and relate this to Kolb's learning cycle and therefore competence. The learning objectives for understanding what makes an effective lecturer are to have a structured approach to the preparation and delivery of a lecture. Also, how to develop as a lecturer using feedback. Making feedback constructive and useful with a structure in mind will be covered in the afternoon session.
