3 Steps to Positive Practice Masterclass

This masterclass will consider specifically the role of psychiatrists as leaders and facilitators of a change in culture and practice, as we seek to be advocates for our client group and work on a multiagency context where responsibility for positive risk management and care delivery is distributed.  Whilst Three Steps to Positive Practice was designed to be particularly helpful during the transition from mental health to fused legislation, the framework it sets out will be remain relevant after the introduction of the Mental Capacity Act.
