London Division StartWell Event - 4 March 2020

Event Information

StartWell is a consultant-led initiative for psychiatrists in their first five years as a consultant or locum consultant. 

It focuses on the following elements:

  1. making connections
  2. continuous learning
  3. using support effectively
  4. personal resilience
  5. clinical leadership
  6. career development

This initiative aims to support psychiatrists in their first consultant role with the intention to establish good habits in their career.

We encourage ST6 doctors and consultant psychiatrists in their first five years to attend the event.  SAS Doctors may also be interested in the StartWell programme and are most welcome to attend.

The programme will focus on the 6 key elements of StartWell:

  1. making connections
  2. continuous learning
  3. using support effectively
  4. personal resilience
  5. clinical leadership
  6. career development.
