Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, we need written notice emailed to us using the button below.

What refund will I get?

  • 80% refund will be given if written cancellation is received 1 month before the event
  • 50% refund will be given if written cancellation is received 2 weeks before the event
  • No refund for cancellations received with less than 2 weeks’ notice

Can I send a substitute?

If you are unable to attend, we welcome substitute delegates, just email your replacement's name to the division office.

If we amend or cancel the event

If we amend or cancel an event, we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a full refund. Please note that we are not able to reimburse travel, accommodation or other supplementary costs related to the event.

RCPsych shall assume no liability if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a Force Majeure such as fire, strike, industrial action, extreme weather, terrorist activity or any cause beyond our control.
