Mental Health Act: survey of RCPsych members

The Department of Health and Social Care has recently published a Mental Health Act White Paper to consult on proposals of great importance to patients and clinicians working in England and Wales.

To help the College respond to the consultation, we are running a survey that seeks the views of RCPsych's members in England and Wales on what are likely to be the most impactful changes.

The survey also looks to gather information that will help us highlight the investment/workforce expansion and culture change that will be necessary to make sure any changes made have a positive effect.
