EGM tonight

All the details you need for attending the in-person EGM tonight are provided below.

Today, we'll be holding an EGM to vote on two proposals – around extending voting rights to College Affiliates, and allowing virtual general meetings.

The College today publishes two flow charts to explain how the voting will work:

Resolution 1 and 2
EGM voting resolution 1 and 2

The EGM will be held concurrently at our central London main office and eight other locations across the UK, between 6-9pm.

The locations are listed in the table below.

The meeting will begin at 6pm with an opening address by the President, Dr Adrian James.

Attendees at each of the nine venues will be offered the chance to make a comment or ask a question.

After the resolutions have been debated, a vote will be called. The results will then be shared by the President.
