We’re now taking nominations for the 2022/23 Leadership and Management Fellow Scheme.

If you’re working at ST4-ST6, you might be interested in this year-long programme, which has been designed to develop and support emerging leaders in psychiatry.

The scheme has been accredited by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM).

Delegates undertake a series of modules – some face to face and some remote – and are proactively engaged in leadership projects, and are mentored by senior medical leaders within their organisations.
